1. Return Period

We offer a period of 15 calendar days from receipt of the product to request a return or refund.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
• It must be in its original packaging.
• Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: Not all products are eligible for returns. Some products, such as customized products, undergarments, food and dangerous goods, are excluded.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Provide details of the order and the reason for the return.
3. We will provide you with specific return instructions.

4. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund and automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for the return of the product will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is eligible for free return.
